Heilongjiang Qixingshan National Forest Park is located at the northern foot of the Wanda Mountains, in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, at the junction of Huanan County, Jixian County, and Shuangyashan City. It is known as the "first peak" of the Three Rivers Plain. Qixing Mountain Forest Park was established in 1992 and is a national AAA level scenic spot. Heilongjiang Qixingshan National Forest Park is a symbol of Jixian County and the pride of the people of Jixian.

森林公园主景点山势巍峨，怪石嶙峋，峥峡峭拔，巅顶屹立七座山峰，分别是利剑峰、虎头峰、聚仙峰、宝印峰、骆驼峰、仙女峰、狼牙峰，这七座山峰与天上北斗七星 遥相呼应，其主峰利剑峰，海拔 852.7 米，坡度近 75 度，是三江平原上的第一高峰，登临峰顶顿有一览众山小的感觉，令人心生无限豪气，忧愁烦恼顿抛九霄云外。
