Heilongjiang Qixingshan National Forest Park is located at the northern foot of the Wanda Mountains, in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, at the junction of Huanan County, Jixian County, and Shuangyashan City. It is known as the "first peak" of the Three Rivers Plain. Qixing Mountain Forest Park was established in 1992 and is a national AAA level scenic spot.
